  Upon receiving your motor, our skilled engineers conduct a thorough electrical test. If needed, we’ll carefully disassemble it to inspect each part, ensuring we identify the exact issue.
• Repair or Rewind Decision
  After the inspection, we will assess whether your motor requires a repair, a complete rewind, or replacement. We’ll then provide a detailed quotation and timeline, so you know exactly what to expect.
• Expert Motor Rewind & Repair
  Once approved, our team begins the rewind or repair process, using top-quality materials and techniques to restore your motor to peak performance.
• Post-Rewind Testing & Quality Checks
  Every rewound motor undergoes rigorous mechanical and electrical testing, including vibration analysis and core loss testing, to ensure it operates smoothly and meets or exceeds its original performance standards.
• Cleaning & Respray
  During the process, all parts are cleaned and reassembled. Before returning your motor, we apply a fresh protective coating to give it a like-new appearance and protection against wear.
• Delivery
  After final testing and approval, we offer prompt delivery back to your site. For clients outside Ayrshire, we can arrange for courier delivery or you’re welcome to pick it up directly from our workshop.
